This Chance eliminates association between the term "utility runway" and airport design criteria; removes terminology and dimensions related to Federal Aviation Regulation Part 77 , Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace, from Appendix 6, Runway Clear Zone Dimensions; and clarifies the need for and constraints on airport owner regulations.
