Abstract:

This advisory circular provides a model airport hazard zoning ordinance for airports. The model ordinance is intended merely as a guide to control manmade and natural hazards to aircraft and will require modifications and revisions to meet the varying circumstances and the state and local laws. This advisory circular does not pre-empt the requirements in Part 77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
