Abstract:This publication contains a listing of pilot schools that were certificated under Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 141, which became effective November 1, 1974 (these schools are hereafter referred to as Part 141 (Revised) schools), and pilot schools that were certificated under Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 141, which was in effect prior to November 1, 1974. These schools are hereafter referred to as Part 141 (Old) schools.
