Abstract:This advisory circular sets forth guidelines that will assist airport operators in developing airport operations specifications in compliance with the requirements of the amended Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 139 concerning airports serving CAB-certificated air carriers conducting unscheduled operations or operations with small aircraft. The circular also provides guidance on submission of an application for a Limited Airport Operating Certificate.
