Abstract:This circular provides information and guidance for implementation of amendments to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) under Part 121, on the Carriage of Weapons and Escorted Persons, published in the Federal Register on April 21, 1975, 40 F.R. 17551, Docket No. 13057; Amendment No. 121-118, and which becomes effective on July 20, 1975. The effective date of this amendment was advanced to July 20, 1975, to assure notification of interested parties, (Amendment 121-120).
