  This publication consists of individual profiles for each transit reporting agency located in an urbanized area with a population exceeding 200,000. The data contained in each profile consists of general and summary reports, as well as modal, performance, and trend indicators for the 1991 report year. General information includes the size of the report area, service area, service supplied, service consumed, and the number of vehicles operated. Financial information includes sources of operating funds, summary of operating expenses, sources of capital funds expended, and uses of capital funds. The profile also portrays the transit system characteristics by mode, and provides line graphs for selected performance measures as well.
