Abstract:Consistent with The Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Guidelines (for Ensuring and Maximizing the Quality, Objectivity, Utility, and Integrity of Information Disseminated by Federal Agencies) implementing Section 515 of the Treasury and General Government Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (P.L. 106-554), the Department is issuing guidelines explaining how the Department will ensure the quality of disseminated information. This document also explains how affected persons may seek and obtain corrections of information that does not comply with these guidelines.
