Abstract:

The third step in the structured risk management program outlined in this manual is risk treatment analysis. Risk treatment involves the appropriate use of both risk control and risk financing tools. Chapter HI explains how to control risk exposure. This chapter and the next describe ways of financing the losses that do occur regardless of efforts to prevent them.
