Abstract:The California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CALACT) ITS4US project aims to address the need for riders who use demand-responsive services, rural riders, and riders with disabilities to have equal access to real-time trip planning technologies already available for fixed-route transit and by Transportation Network Companies. The System Requirements Specification (SyRS) report for the CALACT Phase 1 ITS4US project details the technical specification needed to address with User Needs identified in the Concept of Operations. The SySR provides a summary of the system changes proposed in the Concept of Operations and details each system requirement necessary to accomplish those changes.
