Abstract:

The Safety Management Plan will guide the HIRTA team with safety planning for the Health Connector system. This document provides HIRTA Team’s safety management framework built on top of HIRTA’s already adopted Public Transit Agency Safety Plan (PTASP). This document identifies safety needs and safety scenarios based on ConOps. Further the document conducts safety risk assessment for identified hazards/scenarios and identifies operational strategies to address risks.
