The MUTCD Digest serves as a reference guide and resource tailored for use within FWS. The MUTCD Digest aims to provide a comprehensive overview of MUTCD protocol framed within the context of the most pertinent information for road assets and signage implementation across FWS Refuges and Hatcheries.
