Abstract:
The Driver/Carrier project was organized in two phases. The goal of this report is to address the three goals stated in the previous section. This report will discuss the overall findings and conclusions of the project research and analysis. The report will also suggest recommendations for moving forward. The various methods used for the research and analysis will be discussed as well as the States' participation and information.
