  The purpose of this document is to describe the Hughes Surface Search Radar System (AN/SPS-73(V)) Radar Data Service (RDS) Communication (COMM) Software. This document includes an introduction to the RDS COMM, its function, and provides an example of sending and receiving messages. The RDS COMM will be used by External Tactical System (ETS) to interface with an AN/SPS-73(V) system. Unpublished Work.
