Abstract:

This annual report of the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) for the fiscal year (FY) ending September 30, 1995, is the 14th report of activity required by Section 47131 of Title 49, United States Code. The current grant program, known as the Airport Improvement Program, ; was established by the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982. It authorized funding for the AIP from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund for airport development, airport planning, and noise compatibility planning and programs.
