Abstract:

This is an applied research program. The research is a study of existing examples within INDOT to find examples of where LEAN tools and methodology have been successfully used to solve problems and improve efficiency. This research will be shared in a series of workshops where the participants will immediately apply the underlying principles to current problems / opportunities within INDOT to make similar improvements.
