The nondestructive testing devices currently in use by TxDOT are the falling weight deflectometer, the seismic pavement analyzer, the portable seismic pavement analyzer, and ground penetrating radar, which provide thickness or modulus information. In many projects a number of these devices are used. Results do not always coincide and thus decisions on either to combine values or decide on one value need to be made. Data integration methods can be used to integrate the results from different devices in a synergistic way by utilizing the strengths of each method while minimizing the weaknesses. Two approaches were recommended: Joint Inversion Method and Data Fusion Method. These methods are implemented into two software packages called JIM and DFINE, respectively. This report contains the results from the implementation of the methods at several sites throughout Texas. The data integration methods provide more robust and realistic results than any traditional methods used individually.
