The CVISN (Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks) guide to top-level design shows the initial steps in the process of deploying CVISN in a state. For purposes of these guides, top-level design encompasses setting the scope of the project, defining top- level requirements, and laying out an initial high-level design for the state systems.
