Microcomputers in Transportation: Transit Inventory System Case Study
This report describes the process of designing and implementing a transit parts inventory control system for a 65 bus transit operator. The microcomputer software was developed using the dBase II database management software program on an IBM-PC system with a hard disk. Accompanying software on floppy disk for IBM-PC or compatible may be ordered. User must obtain a copy of dBase II to run this software. Software is modifiable by an individual knowledgeable on dBase II coding procedures.
