Rehabilitation of deteriorated asphalt pavements has become one of the primary tools utilized by ; the Construction Division of the Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT). One method ; used to achieve this task is the use of pavement reclaiming. ; In an effort to improve the benefits of reclaiming, a study was undertaken to compare the ; properties of reclaimed material treated with emulsified asphalt, to material without this ; emulsion treatment.
