Abstract:

Beginning in 1996, the Montana DOT began to conduct a series of phone interviews with Montana residents to obtain the perceptions the respondents held about the maintenance of interstate and state highways in Montana. Highway maintenance topics surveyed have included: winter maintenance; highway surface smoothness; roadside maintenance; signs maintenance; debris removal; rest stop maintenance; striping maintenance; and, winter road conditions reports.

This record contains the reports for: 1996 (final report and appendix); 1998; 2000; 2002; 2004; 2006; 2008; 2012; and, 2014.
