Abstract:

This is a concept document. It provides a conceptual overview of commercial space transportation (CST)

operations in the National Airspace System (NAS) in 2005 and beyond. This document is intended to support

evolution of a fully integrated, modernized NAS inclusive of commercial space transportation. Further, this overview

concept is a living document and will be coordinated in a collaborative manner with industry and government

stakeholders to ensure the viability of the concepts represented.
