Abstract:
The Five Year Plan Update constitutes the annual revision to the operating plan and capital program for the following five year planning period, presents its adopted budget and a specific operating plan and capital program for FY 1982 as well as less detailed plans and programs for FY83 through FY86. The Plan Update also serves as input to the metropolitan and regional Transportation Improvement Program and the the area regional transportation plans. Operations, funding levels, service, ridership, and budget are described as well as policies and plans under which the agency operates. The plan describes and discusses strategies for meeting the potential financial limitations expected to be experienced in the Plan time frame.
