Original Report Date: September 1999. This report describes the sensitivity analysis performed on the Rigid Pavement Life-Cycle Cost Analysis program, a computer program developed by the Center for Transportation Research for the Texas Department of Transportation. The program predicts the performance and life-cycle cost of portland cement concrete pavements. The input variables of the program are identified, and their effect on life-cycle cost is quantified. The most sensitive variables are isolated and discussed.
