Abstract:This report, the Final Report for the Tri-State Study of High Speed Rail Service, describes the work carried out by TMS/Benesch in analyzing the potential for high speed rail in the Tri-State Corridor. This report presents a summary description of the study process, its findings, conclusions and recommendations. In carrying out the study, TMS/Benesch prepared a series of five Technical Reports which provide supporting documentation and analyses.
