• Abstract:
  This Working Paper will summarize the lessons learned from the initial implementation of the Information Clearinghouse and outline the proposed configuration and functional capabilities of the Final Network. In addition, all new users added since March 6, 1997 as well as those additional users proposed to be added to the Final Network are identified herein. ; Implementation of the Information Clearinghouse Final Network is scheduled to begin immediately following the presentation of this working paper to the Coordination Work Group on July 7, 1997. In order to complete implementation of the Final Network by August 4, 1997, this working paper also makes specific recommendations, including usage (see Section 3) as well as the user services and the responsibilities of the host site provider (see Section 4).
