Abstract:The Office of Air Traffic Systems Development (AUA) Program Master Plan
summarizes the management, development approach, and status of products and
services provided by the AUA organization to fulfill its role in supporting
National Airspace System (NAS) sustainment and evolution. It serves as an
overview of the planning for these activities for all interested parties both
within and external to the FAA. The plan focuses on three general areas: 1.)
the background, purpose, and scope of AUA system development, implementation,
and sustainment activities; 2.) AUA's organizational structure and management
approach; and 3.) the status of AUA products and services. Included within this
document are technical, managerial, budgetary and schedule information on these
products and services as well as a description of how each will fit into the
overall system. This link connects to Volume 1 only of the plan. 22p.
