  The Office of Air Traffic Systems Development (AUA) Program Master Plan ; summarizes the management, development approach, and status of products and ; services provided by the AUA organization to fulfill its role in supporting ; National Airspace System (NAS) sustainment and evolution. It serves as an ; overview of the planning for these activities for all interested parties both ; within and external to the FAA. The plan focuses on three general areas: 1.) ; the background, purpose, and scope of AUA system development, implementation, ; and sustainment activities; 2.) AUA's organizational structure and management ; approach; and 3.) the status of AUA products and services. Included within this ; document are technical, managerial, budgetary and schedule information on these ; products and services as well as a description of how each will fit into the ; overall system.
