Abstract:International air cargo services play a vital role in facilitating U.S. trade.
As requested by Congress, the General Accounting Office (GAO) studied U.S. air
cargo airlines' reported problems in doing business abroad and examines the
efforts of the departments of Transportation and State to address these
airlines' interests and concerns in the international marketplace. This GAO
report summarizes those findings. 84p.
