PHMSA Collection
This collection includes the final project reports from the Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) research program. The PHMSA pipeline research mission is to sponsor research and development projects focused on providing near-term solutions for the Nation’s pipeline transportation system that will improve safety, reduce environmental impact, and enhance reliability.
