README for ARROW UAS Flight Telemetry Dataset Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) Program, U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) 2026-06-05 DATASET DOI https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.31931241 DMP DOI https://doi.org/10.48321/D13644C943 SUMMARY This dataset contains operational flight telemetry and mission metadata collected by the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) under the Alaska Rural Remote Operations Work Plan (ARROW) SMART Grant Program. Each row represents one completed UAS flight mission conducted using a Skydio aircraft platform. Data were exported directly from the Skydio flight management system and contain operational metadata only. The dataset does not contain imagery, video, audio recordings, thermal imagery, LiDAR point clouds, photogrammetric products, personally identifiable information (PII), or mission-derived analytical products. DATASET STRUCTURE Number of Columns: 26 Number of Records: 1151 FIELD CATEGORIES Flight Operations Metadata Includes flight identifiers, aircraft information, mission status, and operational tracking fields.
