Attribute values were created by the Military Traffic Management Command Transportation Engineering Agency (MTMCTEA), and were compiled from unclassified sources such as the "Geolocation File." They have been quality reviewed by both MTMCTEA and the Research and Innovative Technology Administration's Bureau of Transportation Statistics (RITA/BTS).
