Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Development of this database consisted of matching the name of Section 15 reporting agencies with the name of places in the 1980 Census Master Area Reference File. Section 15 IDs were taken from Transportation Data Sampler-2. When no match could be found, the latitude and longitude fields were filled with zeros. This was an initial attempt at geo-coding locations of reporting agencies and no guarantees are made or implied for the fitness of this data. Please review it carefully before using it. The database contains one record for each Section 15 reporting number. 2. Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data: The data and documentation files can be opened with Esri ArcMap and any GIS software package. ---------------------------------------------------------------- E.
