To see two views of the same table with a vertical division and with horizontal scroll bars for each view, you may want to “split” the window. This allows you to scroll horizontally in each window in order to align one group of columns on the left with another group of columns on the right.

To split the Data Table window:

1. Point your cursor at the split box that appears to the left of the horizontal scroll bar.

   

2. When the cursor changes to a dual bar with an arrow , click and drag the split bar to the position you want.

Now you will see a scroll bar below each window.

To remove the Split Bar:

To remove the data table split bar, place your cursor over the split box that appears beneath the split bar you want to remove. When the pointer changes to a dual bar with an arrow on each side , click and drag the split bar to the far left of the data table.
