Setting Print Options
To set a data table's print options:
On the File menu, click Print Setup. The Page Setup dialog box appears.
To specify the size of the paper on which you want to print the data table, click the Size arrow, and then select the appropriate paper size.
To specify the source of the paper, click the Source arrow, and then select the appropriate paper source.
To specify the data tables' margins, enter the appropriate number for each margin.
To specify a different printer, click the Printer button.
Click the OK button. The dialog box closes. All changes made are applied.
