Rearranging Data Table Columns
To change the order of data table columns:
Select the column header of the column you want to move, and then click and drag the column to the position you want.

On the Format menu, click Columns. The Column dialog box appears.
In the Column list, click the name of the column you want to move.
To move the column to the left in the data table, under Reorder Column, click the Up arrow button until the column is in the position you want.
To move the column to the right in the data table, under Reorder Column, click the Down arrow button until the column is in the position you want.
To move a column to the first position on the left in the data table, under Reorder Column, click the First arrow button.
To move the column to the last position on the right in the data table, under Reorder Column, click the Last arrow button.
To lock, or keep the selected column visible while scrolling through the data table, click Lock/Unlock Columns. When you lock a column, CFS 2002 moves the column to the first, or leftmost position in the data table and adds a split bar to the right of the locked column.
To unlock the selected column, click Lock/Unlock Columns
