Printing Data Tables
To print a data table:
Do one of the following:
Select the Print menu item from the File menu.
- or -
Press Ctrl + P
- or -
Click the Print current grid button on the toolbar.
The data table is automatically printed to the default printer.
To print data table properties (record layout):
When you print a data table, you can also print a description of the table's record layout (think of each row as a record). This description includes a list of the data fields included in the table and the maximum number of characters each data field can have. To include this data, do the following:

Select the Preferences menu item from the File menu. The Preferences dialog box appears.
Click to select the Include Record Layout check box.
Click the Ok button. The Preferences dialog box closes.
Print the data table as described at the beginning of this topic.
