Print Preview
To preview a report before printing:
On the File menu, click Print Preview. The Print Preview window appears. This window has two menu items, File and View, and a number of buttons. The View menu provides handy shortcut keys for the buttons.
From the File menu option (on the Print Preview window), select you the option you want:
Print
Print some pages
Print current page
Exit
From the View menu option (on the Print Preview window), select you the option you want. This option also provides handy shortcut keys for each option:
Zoom in (10%) (+)
Zoom out (10%) (-)
Actual Size (Shift + Enter)
Fit in window (Enter)
Fit Width (Ctrl + Enter)
First page (Home)
Previous page (Page Up)
Next page (Page Down)
Last page (End)
The button bar provides a graphical interface to most of the items in the View menu above.
Select the appropriate button to:
Print the report
Zoom in (10%)
Zoom out (10%)
Fit in window
Select display size
First page
Previous page
Next page
Last page
Note the current page number and the total number of pages at the far right of the button bar.
Tip: Shortcut keys are faster to use than either the buttons or the View menu options.
