These appendices serve as a compilation of California and US Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) programs, laws, and incentives. The documents summarize California laws and incentives specific to Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles(HFCV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV). An additional appendix also details ZEV programs by state throughout the US.
