The report considers existing global and regional climate change projections and analyzes the results of locally downscaled climate change projections corresponding to different RPFO ecoregions; identifies BLM’s options for adapting the transportation system to climate change impacts, as well as how RPFO can incorporate climate change adaptation and resilience into its TTMP; and considers opportunities for greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction, or climate change mitigation, at Rio Puerco.
